Who We Help at UltraTherapy

At UltraTherapy, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to a wide range of clients. We work with clients who are privately funded, or those who are eligible for NDIS, Medicare Care Plans and Private Health Insurance.

Our fee schedule is as below, and aligns with the NDIS price guide and limits, reflecting our commitment to providing transparent, standardized billing for all our services.

Therapy Costs

Fees are charged per hour:

• Physiotherapy: $224.62

• Speech Pathology: $193.99

• Occupational Therapy: $193.99

• Allied Health Assistant: $86.79
  

Provider Travel

We are a mobile service. Our therapists will travel to your preferred location, whether that is your home or educational setting.

We will charge travel as per the NDIS Price Guide, which you can access on the NDIS Website

Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)

A FCA is charged at $193.99 per hour, however, the total cost of a FCA will vary depending upon hours required and the complexity of the assessment. Please enquire with us to discuss.

NDIS

UltraTherapy is a NDIS Provider. We work with self-managed or plan managed clients, as explained below:

• Self-Managed: If you manage your child’s funding, we will invoice our services directly to you or your nominated representative, providing a detailed invoice for your records. You can then claim reimbursement through the NDIS. There are no out of pocket gaps or fees.

• Plan-Managed: If your NDIS funding is managed by a Plan Manager, we will invoice the plan manager directly. There are no out of pocket gaps or fees.

Medicare

• Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) currently offers a rebate of $58.30 for up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year e.g. speech pathology and occupational therapy. This is accessed at the discretion of your GP. A gap will also apply.

• Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) currently offers a rebate of $105.55 for home visits for up to 10 allied health sessions per calendar year focusing on mental health e.g. psychology or occupational therapy. This is accessed at the discretion of your GP or Psychiatrist. A gap will also apply.

Private Health Insurance

Many private health funds offer rebates for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy home visits. Please check with your health fund to see if you are eligible.
