At UltraTherapy, we are committed to providing consistent, high-quality therapy services to all our clients. To ensure we can offer the best support and make efficient use of our therapists’ time, we have a clear cancellation policy in place.

Notice Period

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, including non-attendance or failure to be present at the agreed location, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This charge covers the time allocated for your session and any preparation your therapist has completed in advance.

Why This Policy Exists

Late cancellations or missed appointments impact not only our team but also other families waiting for services. By providing adequate notice, we can offer the session time to another client in need.
